Allergy Academy 10th Food Allergy Study Day

The Allergy Academy’s hugely popular Food Allergy study day is now in its 10th year and will be held in conjunction with the Royal Society of Medicine. It is aimed at all health care professionals who see children and adults with food allergy in their day-to-day practice. We are delighted to welcome international opinion leaders to speak on recent advances in food allergy research and its implication in clinical practice.

Topic Highlights include:

  • Professor Gideon Lack, reporting the highly anticipated final results of the EAT study.
  • Dr Roberto Berni Canani, lecturing on Gut microbiota, as a therapeutic target for food allergies.
  • Dr Adam Fox, Director of the Allergy Academy, giving an overview of new developments in food allergy over the last year.
